Your mom was a wise woman. She always knew the right way- the right thing to do in any situation. She was never quick in making a decision and never gave a quick answer. She never took someone’s word about something that seemed too good to be true. She just stayed quiet. You could see the wheels turning in her head. She was so intelligent but never gave herself credit for it. She was humble- never bragging like others did. She was always helping someone if the need was there even though she may not have had the resources herself, but she was there.

Her heart was for children who may have needing school clothes or shoes- or maybe be in a hard home situation.
I think she was that way because she knew what it was like to do without- to struggle even though she never showed it. But your mom always found a way for you kids. She made sure you were ok and didn’t do without.

The talks we had on the drive to and from work were the times she and I vented and spoke in confidence about things going on in our lives. Yes- we both were so tired but she encouraged me to keep going. She said it’ll be worth it one day, Sharree. And she was right.

She has two beautiful children and several beautiful grandchildren for her crown. She is one proud momma and grandma. She watches over you all every day and night. She talks to Jesus about you and she knows He holds you all in His hands and under His protection. She trusts Him with everything because she knows He has a plan and you will be home with her again one day.
